Why do some items have a longer delivery time than others?

In order to offer our customers an even wider selection of branded products, we have decided to offer some items on an on-demand basis. On-demand items are products that are not in stock but are ordered directly from the manufacturer or supplier upon customer request.

The delivery time depends on the manufacturer or supplier. The estimated delivery time for each item can be found on the respective product detail page or in your order confirmation.

How fast will your order arrive, and how is it shipped?

Most of our items are delivered to you within 1-3 business days. For advance payment, the delivery time starts once the payment has been received in our account.

Once we hand over your shipment to the carrier, the logistics company is responsible for the duration of the delivery. You can track your package with the tracking number to see its current location.

Delivery times - package transit times:

In GERMANY approximately 1 - 3 business days

In EU - approximately 3 - 7 business days

To Export (Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom) approximately 3-7 business days

Delivery Attempts

Up to 2 delivery attempts will be made. If no one is available at your specified delivery address, the package will be stored at the nearest post office/pickup point, where it will be available for pickup for 7 business days. Please make sure to pick up your package on time. Please check your tracking number. Thank you.

Returns

Returns must be organized by the customer and the costs are to be covered by the customer.

Express Shipping

COSTS

The shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and will be calculated and displayed to you at the end of the ordering process. You can also view the costs in the table below beforehand.

In air freight, the volume of the goods also plays an important role in addition to the weight, so large volume items (e.g., large suitcases, surfboards, etc.) will be rated with a higher weight. Therefore, the express shipping price for large-volume items cannot be calculated exactly in advance. Please contact our customer service for questions, and we will gladly advise you.

Package Tracking

You can track your package at any time using the tracking number. You will receive the tracking number and the corresponding link by email on the evening of shipping. You can also find it in your user account under My Orders.

For more delivery time information, please refer to the shipping details on the product pages: For example, "Shipping in 7-8 business days" means that the item will be prepared for shipping within 7-8 business days. After that, the package will be sent.
